Kildare manager David Herity has named a very strong starting XV for tomorrow’s final Kehoe Cup game against Meath (1pm Dunganny).
It’s a line-up that bristles with quality and with the Allianz League Division 2A campaign starting just seven days later against Carlow it’s a selection that looks close to the one that might be expected to line up for that one.
There are five changes from the team which comprehensively beat Down last week with Niall Ó Muineacháin, Rian Boran, Gerry Keegan, Declan Flaherty and Killian Aherne stepping in for Cormac Byrne, Harry Carroll, Jack Higgins, David Qualter and Cathal Dowling. Both Higgins and Dowling went off injured in the first half last week. Dowling is on the bench for tomorrow.
The team are aiming for their first win in the competition for seven years. Entrance is FREE.
